The Shiite Coordination Framework will participate in the upcoming Iraqi parliamentary elections with six separate lists. Senior figures such as Sudani, Maliki, Hakim, and Abadi will run independently but remain in coalition talks.

Iraqi media reported on Wednesday, April 30, 2025, that the Shiite Coordination Framework has decided to participate in the Iraqi parliamentary elections with six separate electoral lists.

Prominent leaders including Prime Minister Mohammed Shia al-Sudani, Nuri al-Maliki, Ammar al-Hakim, and Haider al-Abadi will each run on their own respective lists.

Despite running separately, discussions are ongoing among the parties regarding the possibility of forming a post-election coalition under the broader Shiite Coordination Framework.
