KRG health ministry tells travelers to get tested for coronavirus

SULAIMANI — The Kurdistan Regional Government’s (KRG) Ministry of Health on (March 30) called on people who traveled abroad and returned to the Kurdistan Region after February 15 to call the 122 coronavirus hotline or visit a health center immediately to receive a coronavirus test if they have not already done so.

The advisory excludes those who have been quarantined or been tested.

The ministry said that the measure was for the safety of the travelers, their families, and the public.
