The New Generation Movement held a press conference in front of Sulaimanyah Health.
Akbar Gharib, a new generation movement MP, said during the press conference that 50 tons of poisonous substances are being dumped near Dukan and Darbandikhan lakes every day.
He added that there are 140 factories near Arbat, some of which operate illegally and emit toxic odors, posing serious health risks for the population.
Gharib said the government has not only cut payments and made life difficult for citizens, but it has also allowed companies close to the PUK and KDP to take money from employees and cleaners working in hospitals.
