The Independent High Election Commission (IHEC) announced Monday that 66 coalitions have been registered to participate in the upcoming Iraqi parliamentary elections, scheduled for later this year.
IHEC spokesperson Jumana Ghalai said five new electoral coalitions were registered since mid-June, while existing coalitions must update their data if changes occur.
