Twelve new cases of coronavirus in Kurdistan Region: health ministry

SULAIMANI — The Kurdistan Regional Government’s (KRG) Ministry of Health said on Wednesday (April 1) that it had recorded twelve new cases of coronavirus in Sulaimani, bringing the Region’s total to 188.

The new group of patients includes nine women and three men. Five of them are from Halabja, five from Chamchamal, one from Sitak, and one from Said Sadiq.

Sixty-one patients have recovered from COVID-19, the disease caused by coronavirus infection, and two have died from it.
