OPEC-Plus Oil Production Increased by 630,000 Barrels in September

OPEC-plus oil production rose by 630,000 barrels per day in September, reaching 43.46 million barrels per day, according to the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC). Iraq’s oil production also increased by 65,000 barrels per day, bringing its total output close to 4.7 million barrels per day.

Meanwhile, OPEC’s total oil production rose by 524,000 barrels to 28.44 million barrels per day. Saudi Arabia and seven other OPEC-plus members have agreed to gradually return 2.2 million barrels of crude oil to the market by November after previously implementing voluntary cuts of the same amount.
