The Iraqi Ministry of Transportation announced Tuesday that Iraqi airspace has been reopened to flights in the southern regions, according to Civil Aviation Authority spokesman Maysam Safi. He added that assessments are ongoing to fully reopen air traffic across the country following a 12-day suspension due to regional tensions involving Iran and Israel.
