Dukan, Kurdistan Region – A high-level delegation from the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP) and the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK) are meeting today at Dukan Resort to discuss the distribution of posts in the new regional government.
The two parties have met several times before to form a government, and some high-level positions, such as the presidency of the region and the head of government, have already been agreed upon. The meeting today is aimed at finalizing the allocation of other key posts.
