The Iraqi Ministry of Agriculture has announced new regulations for importing meat in an effort to fill the gap in local production.
Spokesman Mohammed Khazai outlined requirements including veterinary health certificates, disease-free origin, and adherence to Iraqi Standard Specification No. 1185.
